And if you give somebody a topical steroid and it's actually fungal or bacterial, and it's usually some version of both with a biofilm, then the steroid is going to inhibit your immune system and that infection is going to explode because you just shut down the immune system, right?

I assume fungal before anything else when it comes to skin, especially if it's in the folds, like it's fungal until proven otherwise, without taking a biopsy or a scraping.
