But that was definitely to douse your cows or your horses.
Which is awesome.
So you have a sunscreen.
I want to talk about it really quick.
It's behind you.
I did an episode recently and I do not have a study to back this number up because a lot of people have asked, but I did a deep dive into mineral sunscreens and I figured out based on the way that
the timing and the percentage of zinc, you needed to be around 18% zinc minimum to block out the UVA rays.
So you could block out the UVB rays with a lower percentage of zinc, and they'll often put titanium
dioxide in there to sort of boost up the SPF and to make it more of a broad spectrum.
But to really get UVA protection, there are no chemical sunscreens that do the job very well.
Avobenzone is cleared for UVA and broad spectrum, but it basically deteriorates in the sun very quickly.
So the only way to get adequate UVA protection, which is the one that ages the crap out of our skin, is to have a zinc
at a high enough concentration.
We don't know exactly what that is, but based on the math I did, it came out to be around 18 to 20%, and yours is at 19.
So I was so excited to see that, because I was like, ah, I can actually use this.
Because I literally went into my cupboard and threw away all of my sunscreens, because they were like zinc 7%, zinc 8%, but they'd use that titanium dioxide to get that SPF clearance, I guess.
So you tell me about this, because you probably know more.
Yeah, scammy.
How do you layer that with the hypochlorous?
Do you do that first and then the serum?
