I truly believe that if you need testosterone replacement therapy as a man,

So one of the big signs of metabolic dysfunction is this visceral adiposity gain, truncal obesity, while we see the arms and legs start to get skinnier.
We start to see atrophy in the distal extremities, if you will.

It's subtle, though, and it's low-key.
Now, I noticed it in my husband pretty quickly because when I met him, he was on TRT.
He was doing a manual labor job as an electrician, but he was digging these huge ditches to put in big lines of electricity for this giant building they were building.
And...
He had a great build.
I mean, he just had a phenomenal build and his upper body was really built.
And yes, physical labor definitely helps that.
He loves to be outside.
He's a farmer.
He loves to do landscaping and yard work.
Like he loves to be outside and pulling big bushes out and digging holes.
And like, he's just super physical.
But even with that, I would notice wasting in the extremities.
So his arms and legs would get real skinny and he would definitely start to collect more fat around his midsection.
