The other thing to consider is that TRT doesn't always induce weight loss.
So there's got to be a plan there.
And whether you're utilizing a GLP-1 along with lifestyle changes, again, you shouldn't be doing a GLP-1 without the lifestyle pieces, but there needs to be something there to address that truncal obesity.

And not necessarily loss of libido, but they're just not instigating it as much.
And I get that there's a lot of dynamics happening here because when you take a middle-aged woman going through menopause and her hormones are falling out, she's not interested.
He is going to give up potentially on trying to instigate.
But there's just a less of a like, they have less of that.
So it's not necessarily something they would notice unless you inquire
or they feel forthcoming.
That's a hard topic to breach with a man when you're a female doctor.
But I do always try to probe because I want... You know, labs are one thing.
And I'll always find... I mean, I have never ran T on a guy and found it to be optimized unless that guy was in great shape and was kind of already living the lifestyle with awareness of optimizing testosterone.
That your average middle-aged guy is going to have low T across the board is what I found.
Anyway, I've run thousands of labs, even borderline low.
And...
As with women during that phase, it's important that we go with lifestyle symptoms too.
Like that's part of the chart note that justifies treatment.
