It's a great... I mean, this is why...
This is why sportsmanship is so great, right?
And for women too, but there's something different there hormonally.
We're getting more of an oxytocin, estrogen hit.
So if they just quit seeking out or tend to be slacking off on the seeking out of the companionship of other men, I start to wonder if their testosterone is okay.
Another big sign is...
what I mentioned earlier, which a lot of guys will actually admit to pretty forthcoming with the fact that they're not getting the gains in the gym.
It's just not happening.
And or usually it's both.
They're getting injured more.
So you get a naggy... And women too.
If you are getting naggy injuries that aren't healing and you're not getting gains, something is wrong with your hormones.
And it's usually a combo of estrogen and testosterone for women.
But for men, definitely that's a huge sign.
More achiness, more injuries, like tearing of ligaments and tendons, less drive to go to the gym, but also just way less gains.
Like it's just not happening.
It's not as fun.
Like the process of strength training is really a personal one and it's
it's really a satisfying journey when you're getting some gains.
And even if you're not getting bigger, you're getting stronger.
