ridiculous amounts and you want to make sure you're fully optimized before you go receive them otherwise you're not going to get the best results we are in essence taking your own fluids and processing them and concentrating them down and putting them back in your body so we need those fluids to be of high caliber and we need your ability to heal and regenerate to be of high caliber and that requires you know things like good thyroid output good testosterone output
Another big sign is cognitive alertness.
