I see this a lot in ex-hockey players, ex-football players.
Even at young ages, I see them unable to have adequate testosterone levels because they just got hit in the head too many times.
There's lots of reasons why.
Chronic stress will do it.
Chronic metabolic dysfunction will do it.
Lots of reasons.
Do not, these are nothing that any of you need to feel.
I think it's so ridiculous that we blame people for their health situation, like decades after the damage was done, right?
We don't know why necessarily, and there's no reason to sit there and get hung up on, oh, I should have done this.
You are where you are.
If you need testosterone, you need testosterone, in my opinion.
And it's really important that that be addressed because that's your brain response.
