Men need to feel in purpose.
They need to feel that like rawr, you know?
And so part of that is getting your hormones optimized.
I'll quit harping on it.
I hope I just made my case though, because a lot of men are resistant to this thinking I don't need it because somehow it means defeat.
It does not at all mean defeat.
It means let's just, we're not giving you the hormones of a 25 year old, dude.
We're just trying to optimize you physiologically so that you can be the best 45 year old or the best 55 year old or the best 65 year old that you can be.
And then it's your job to pick up
the work of doing all the things.
That means you're going to the gym.
That means you're watching your alcohol intake.
That means you're eating like a responsible adult.
It means you're going to bed.
You're not staying up all night on the TV.
It means you're managing your stress.
