Like there were times during the year when it's gray for such an extended period of time that you wake up and you're like, I don't know if it's morning or if it's afternoon.
It's just gray.
It's all the same color all day long.
And you can't have any circadian rhythm with that.
Like all of a sudden your sleep gets disrupted and you're
hormones start getting off and I start getting really hypothyroid and depressed and my pain starts creeping up and your sauna has, I kid you not, like it saved my life.
Once I bought it, it was just something where I could, like my husband was saying, we turn it on in the morning and like we would just go in.
I'm like, just go in for five minutes, just set your circadian rhythm, just at least get something as much as we can, you know?
And I know it's artificial light, but it's still incandescent and it's still giving us a lot of what
we would get in nature, like you said, versus LEDs.
And so that little gizmo was like in front of the couch.
I would just roll it.
All the dogs would gather with me and be like, who wants to fight over who gets to sit in front of the red lights?
Yeah.
Yeah.
No, it's huge.
Kid you not, the dog, we would leave it on.
I mean, I don't know if I was supposed to do this, but I would leave it on all day.
And I would, the dogs would just rotate who was going to lay in front of it.
Tell me about being in front of a computer with it.
