If you're around people with...
heart disease or diabetes your risk of developing that is significantly higher and so and that's not to shame anybody it's just when we're around really healthy people like hang out with your healthy friends that you will get healthier you know and people there's an influence there that's not just physical you know yeah whether it's limbic regulation or it's even like a heart field yeah heart field you know electromagnetic it's definitely you are with whom you surround yourself
So that terrain is, it matters.
And I think that it's not just, you know, the other thing about light too is a lot of people are spending a ton of time in the gym, but these gyms are just LED, fluorescent, neon.
Like there's, neon's the big thing now in all the gyms and they don't have good windows and you're being blasted with LED at night.
Most people are going at night and I'm just like,
I literally have figured out how to exercise inside the sauna space.
I just move the bench out and there's a variety of things I can do.
I'd rather just cook myself for 15 minutes and stretch and mobilize.
Well, when patients complain of sleep, my first question is, how much sunlight are you getting?
I mean, that's like, to me, it's, and they go, what's that got to do with it?
And I'm like, everything.
That is why you're not, I mean, yes, hormones and there's other players, but yes, if you're not, if that's why in Oregon, I was saying the sauna space, jumping in that first thing in the morning was sometimes the only way to set that rhythm because it was so gray out.
And I, you know, you lose your sleep, you lose everything.
So-
You have to have the light.
The light is the key.
I know you told me that, which everyone says don't go in bright light before bed, but I've done the same and I sleep like a log.
I do it at night.
Yeah, 100%.
