Some signs of some more severe dehydration would be not making sense.

They just start not making sense.

They might start acting crazy.

They might start acting real crazy and they might become very grumpy.

They might become adversarial.

start obviously cramping, musculoskeletal cramping, but this sort of sudden onset of confusion, delirium, mania, maybe those extreme lethargy, stiffness in the neck can be meningitis too.

So that's a whole other thing.

I'm not an ER doctor, but they'll start to stiffen up.
