Well hydrated sponges have spring and bounce.
Well hydrated cartilage has spring and bounce and slick, which is what we want.
So if you're running around chronically dehydrated and you're wondering why your joints are disintegrating and you're bone on bone,
I'm not just talking about the pain.
I'm talking about the actual cartilage degradation coming down to severe dehydration for decades, decades in many people.
Another sign of chronic dehydration is constipation.
