And he is now saying that the states, that these are now the responsibilities of states.
That is a significant, significant statement.
And if he meant it
One wonders who's advising him or is he riffing?
Does he know what he's actually talking about?
Does he understand the implications of what that statement that he made today, seemingly off the cuff, those implications?
Does he understand any of that?
Because if you're a Democrat running in 2026, you should be running on that statement, that he wants to transition Medicaid and Medicare to state-based programs.
