And we created specific meditations and breathwork, like even breathwork on how do you breathe before you eat to get your body into a state where it's ready to receive and digest that food. Like do an internal scan first and see, are you riled up? Are you stressed right now? Then don't put food in your mouth. You're not in the right vibration to receive that food. Check in.

And he's, you know, that's, who knows, pandered down from thousands of years of wisdom, of understanding that we have our own portable stress-busting machine within our own bodies. And a big part of that is your breath. in your lungs.

Yeah. So, I mean, ideally you want to be grounded. You want to make sure that your feet are on the floor, like grounded, connected to the earth. Because a lot of us, when we're stressed, we're kind of up here. We're functioning in the higher levels, but we're not really embodied. So part of it is like bringing yourself back into your body.

one more time deep breath in and imagine your body just being filled with light and energy and then release that ah And just three breaths is enough to shift your internal state. You know, maybe you need more. You do the three breaths and you check in with yourself and you see, where am I? Am I completely ready to assimilate and receive? Or is my stress lower, but it's still present?
