And the only sort of thing that's in there that could really sort of trigger your symptoms in the way that plant-based foods might is the dairy because it has lactose. So, and you're sort of going into this place where it's like an extreme in terms of symptoms orientation, protecting yourself, reducing your symptoms. There is no doubt your symptoms improve. There's no doubt.

But the problem is what's the five-year play? What's the 10-year play? What's the 30-year play? And we see many of the people with respect, no disrespect intended at all, who go this route and even public figures who are forced to abandon it because they have health-related issues. You see it all the time. You see it all the time. Yeah. So is there a...

Are you required to add, add, add, add, add at all times according to what I'm saying? Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Is there a balance that exists in the place in between these two concepts that can help people to achieve their health goals? The answer is yes. My second book was the Fiber Field Cookbook, and I saw that as a protocol for food intolerances.

So it had two specific food intolerance-based protocols, one for FODMAPs and one for histamine intolerance. Both of those were elimination diets, right? But I'm not telling people to subtract in perpetuity and to subtract, subtract, subtract. I'm telling people sometimes you take one step backwards so that you can power up to take those three steps forward. That's the idea.

Yeah, okay, great. This is a good topic. And first of all, let me just comment and say that the way that you approach that is the way that, like, this is what I'm encouraging, is that... you built an understanding about your own body. You identified where the problem exists.

By identifying where the problem exists, it allowed you, it empowered you to understand how to reintroduce these foods in a more moderate way. And then you eventually were able to get to a place where you were able to consume, it sounds like you can consume these foods on some level without really having a significant issue. Is that fair?
