I think.
Yeah.
And then the next thing that leads to is confidence.
How does having a sort of disciplined approach or disciplined mindset of the right systems lead to someone having more confidence in their everyday life or in their business or whatever?
Yeah.
Yeah.
The best the best definition that I've ever heard of confidence is intense trust in oneself.
And that's basically a version of believing in yourself.
It's like, OK, because a lot of people think confidence is like this feeling that they're just like born with.
All right.
All the great athletes, they just wake up and they feel confidence like that.
Not a fucking chance.
If I went 0 for 4 last night or missed three free throws, you think I'm just going to wake up and get to the park or the yard like feeling confident?
No, I have to, now I have to start acting confident.
I have to rely on my receipts and my evidence and my preparation and things that are in my control so that I can exude that confidence that I know I have because I've done it before and I can do it again.
That's that kind of trust in oneself.
And so I think, you know, one of those cornerstones of confidence like you're talking about is discipline and discipline really is doing what you say you're going to do.
And if you do that,
there's the promises you keep to yourself and then it just builds and sort of this whole cycle that you're talking about with one thing leads into the next and the next thing filters in the next thing and then boom, there you have it.
And so I think it's really important for people to understand that it's not just like feeling, yeah, but there's probably like genetics and stuff like that, that people are born a little bit more confident than other people.
