So they don't need a desperate depth move, but it absolutely throws it up on the soundboard, I think, because I don't think you're going to give the starting job to Dylan Cook unimpeded.
He's going to have to earn it, even though, you know, I think a lot of people are really encouraged by what he did.
And in the organization, I think they are, too.
They like what he did.
But, you know, the idea is they're going to compete.
Roderick Jones and Dylan Cook are going to compete.
And if Roderick Jones isn't there, someone has to push Dylan Cook.
And I don't think it's going to be Calvin Anderson.
So is it going to be a draft pick?
Is it going to be a veteran tackle?
You know, I haven't heard them connected to many veteran tackles.
It's mostly been interior guys, which makes sense.
They need a left guard, too.
But that is firmly on the kind of radar for me is a mid-round tackle.
I think, you know, third, fourth round makes some sense.
It reminds me a lot of when the Steelers took Chooks a core for in 2017 where people weren't talking about swing tackle enough, and they needed some depth there.
Those guys were aging.
