I've been thinking about this more, especially putting this together.
I'm not like into yoga.
I go to yoga.
I do it pretty regularly, about twice a week usually.
I do hot yoga for one, so I get the heat exposure to it too.
But I don't think I would say that I am like, I'm not into the whole like yoga culture necessarily.
I do it as more like a fitness thing, right?

It does help with anxiety.
