It's easy for doctors, for physiologists, you know, once you're a shoulder specialist, you think, oh, I'm just going to think about the shoulder, or I'm just going to think about the heart or the kidneys.
That's what you become obsessed with.
And I think it's lovely to hear from someone who, rather than just going, oh, I'm just interested in this bit of bone or this receptor, says, look, I'm really trying to get to the end goal of helping people live a happy, active life without breaking their bones.
And to do that, I need to understand all kinds of things.
Yes, you're making me think calcium sort of cuts across all these body systems.
I'm going to go onto the Frax calculator, have a look at my risk, and see if I need to do anything.
And I think you and I probably should do something about it.
You should start doing your skipping every morning, like I do.
It's not skipping if there's no rope.
It's just bouncing up and down.
No, I move my hands like I'm skipping.
It's like saying you're playing the guitar when what you're actually playing is air guitar.
