You buy a factory.

You hire someone to run the factory.

You get a bunch of workers to go into the factory.

The workers are the ones who are making money for you.

They're the ones who are skilled.

You just knew what number to call.

Got yourself a factory.

Got yourself managers for the factory.

You are now going to take a huge cut of the profit and the workers are not going to get very much at all.
