Draw.
So if you've never seen the video, it's actually, I haven't, I have yet to try it, but I'm going to try it.
And basically what he does is he, when you draw from the holster, like he'll give you like five seconds to draw, punch out and take your shot.
But it's not just about doing it in like five seconds or more or five seconds or less.
He wants you two tenths below or two tenths above.
He wants you in that four tenths range in five seconds.
Yes.
And then your next drill is four seconds.
And then it's three.
And then he went down all the way to like 0.6.
It was a very interesting video to watch.
And that's one of the things I have kind of a hard time doing is not being super consistent on my punch out.
I'm going to try that and see if that helps.
Um, my problem, my problem is, is I, I come in, I come in here and I draw slow and I drive fire.
And then there's like no in between.
It's just really slow or really fast.
And then that's when I start getting sloppy.
So I want to try this out and getting that go from five to four to three to two.
And then you start breaking it down like half second increments after that.
Based off of what we're seeing with the band hammer drill, this is, this is going to be good practice.
