My Red Hawk roofing big takeaway.
I'll give some props to David Adelman tonight.
he's got to be a front runner for coach of the year man i mean there are a lot of good coaching jobs happening across the league there are this is a very competitive coach who do we feel like vying okay detroit detroit number one in the east phoenix you look at phoenix they were supposed to be one of the worst teams in the west they're in the playoff picture detroit just said them he only said two and that was the other one phoenix oh yeah
So there are some contenders.
I mean, the Boston media is probably going to try to give it to him.
But what David Adelman has done without Jokic during this stretch, without multiple starters for most of the season, and to have the Nuggets...
at the number two spot in the Western Conference.
Look, there's been a lot that's gone into it.
I mean, Jamal Murray, great start to the season.
Jokic has been playing at an all-world level before the injury.
Peyton Watson leveling up here.
But David Adelman gets a little credit for all of it.
He has his hand in all of these things that are happening.
And I think he's a direct reason why some of these bench guys, Peyton Watson, Jalen Pickett, Zeke Nagy, have flashed during this stretch when they weren't in these similar spots last season.
I think he's a reason why maybe they have a little more focus this year against these teams that they should just take care of business of.
So this was a game where the Nuggets should have won just like last night in New Orleans, and they didn't.
I think David Adelman is the reason why.
I mean, I love that one.
And look, man, I mean, the Jokic injury sucked.
None of us wanted it to happen, but... I did.
