Well, so I think like the thing everybody does is they've read many books in the past and when they read a new book, they have enough background to think about it.

I think that's good.
I think that's the kind of place that intellectual progress comes from.
I think I am more incentivized to do that.
Like, it's hard to read books.
I think if you look at the statistics, they're terrible.
Most people barely read any books in a year.
And I get lots of praise when I read a book and often lots of money.
And that's a really good incentive.

do more research deep dives, read more books than I would if I weren't a blogger.
It's an amazing side benefit.
And I probably make a lot more intellectual progress than I would if I didn't have those really good incentives.
