Pete knew a fiddle player named Brantley Kearns, who was a great harmony singer and fiddle player. I knew the drummer from the King Bees, named Jeff Donovan, who was a swinginess guy. the best wrist shot action ever. I said, I got this drummer, man, I'd like to get him to play drum.
