And then after we lost in the finals, that's humbling. We all got some humble pie very quickly, and we realized if this was going to work, then we had to do this a little different. And so you saw in that second year, you saw us come back a total different team with a total different mindset, that we actually started believing the stuff that we said we was going to do. But it takes time.

It was a very nasty thing said about us at that time. But outside of that, man, we had a goal. We sacrificed a lot to be able to play together. And so we had to accomplish that. It was no other answer. We have to accomplish this goal. And our goal was to win, not just to get there. And so we came back in year two.

And we started actually believing the things that we said, the mottos that we would say, the things that we would say to the media, the things we would say to each other. We started believing it because you start seeing sacrifice amongst guys. We weren't sacrificing at first.
