You know, taking vehicles off, you know, somebody who has a car that's worth way more than they could possibly afford on their official income.

Yeah.

It's just part of the day-to-day work.

So, you know, and again, I suppose that acts as a deterrent that they know that if they do get back into, you know, amassing sums of cash from criminal activity, there's every chance that they're not going to get a chance to spend it.

Or if they do spend it into a hard asset that can be seized, it will be seized.

Yeah, and again, we haven't heard the details yet.

He's one of three respondents.

I think there's definitely a vehicle involved, but they talk about property, but that doesn't necessarily mean a house as such.

It could be anything from jewelry to a car.

And his solicitors wanted to come off record.

They had trouble, this is all set in court, they had trouble accessing him.

He's serving a sentence for his role in the attempted murder of his limerick gang rival, Christy Keene.

in 2015.

So he's serving a, I think it's, I can't remember now, it's a six or an eight year sentence.

It's reasonably lengthy anyway.

So obviously if someone's in custody, it's hard to get people maybe to sit down and swear an affidavit or get a lawyer into the prison to

you know, to do the day's work that that would entail.

So basically the judge involved just wanted him produced in court to make sure that he was happy that his solicitor was coming off record.

So I suppose it's a technical thing.

So he was brought to court with quite a number of prison officers.
