As governor, how do you think about AI?
How do you adopt the technology such that you can generate prosperity and productivity while at the same time recognize that a lot of people are not fans of this technology?

I just want to ask you about housing.
So you recently had a proposed bill called the Build Plan.
And the idea was to bring down housing prices by essentially giving the state the power to override these local zoning policies, if I'm getting that right.
And the bill didn't pass.
And I look at that, to me, that's a great plan to reduce the cost of housing in America.
We've talked about this a lot.
Econ 101, you need to increase the supply if you want to get prices down.
It sounds like you tried to do that and it didn't work and it didn't pan out.
What are your takeaways from Build not going through?
