And so I just want to take two minutes to walk you through it if you're new here tonight and you're like, yeah, I wonder what these guys actually do.
There's one, or there's two main things that we do at Opus.
The first thing is we help people create a property investment plan.
So we're going to give you a spreadsheet tonight, but actually our advisors have got like a whole bunch of these models to help you figure out what could you potentially do in the future and what does your future look like if you do choose to invest in property?
And this is an example of one of our tools, which is called Wealth Plan, which helps you calculate what your wealth gap is.
Do you have enough to live the retirement that you want?
And then after we create property investment plans for people, we then help people find new-build properties that work for you.
So on the left here is actually, that is a real video of Andrew in a client meeting helping somebody calculate their wealth gap.
And then on the right, we've got one of our old advisors, Cathy, who's actually now retired herself, helping investors look for new-build investment properties.
Now, it doesn't cost money to work with us, right?
If you work with us, it might cost money in terms of purchasing a property of one of the developers we work with.
But actually getting a portfolio planning session, taking that first step, creating that wealth plan, that doesn't cost anything, right?
And the way that we then keep the lights on, because a lot of people are like, well, if you're not going to charge me to create a wealth plan, how are you going to keep the lights on?
Well, at Opus Partners, if you decide to go ahead and invest and decide to purchase a property, then we earn a fee through that.
We also have Opus Mortgages, where we can help people get a mortgage.
And if you do that, then the bank pays us a commission for that.
Same with lots of mortgage advisors in New Zealand.
We've also got Opus Property Management, where we can help rent properties for you, in which case you might pay us a fee for that.
And we've got Opus Accounting.
So we've got this kind of wraparound service, right, to try and help you guys out
