It absolutely does.
You just put in your one income.
And there was another question from somebody saying, well, if I am a single person, do I have any hope of getting into the Auckland market?
There are a lot of single people who will end up purchasing, right?
But it is harder.
And that's because you've got one income, obviously, as opposed to two, and that can make it more difficult, A, to save up the deposit to get your first home and then to pay down the mortgage.
But there are single people out there who invest in property and invest quite successfully.
Ultimately, it really comes down to, well, what's your income?
How much debt have you got at the moment?
and what sort of deposit.
