I was sitting at this new little offshoot of a terminal building that Aer Lingus uses now.
Yeah, it's like you're already being banished.
I was already being whipped out of the main building down to this side canopy of a marquee and said, this is where you're going from.
Yeah, I sat there and I kind of go...
I'll be honest, I had a really good cry because I didn't want to go.
But I, you know, again, there's an excitement a little bit in it.
But, you know, I love Ireland so much.
It was gutting to say that I have to go.
And again, don't get me wrong, I understand the housing crisis.
I understand there's people in worse situations than I am in Ireland that couldn't afford to even contemplate buying a housing plan.
So I'm not being, I'm quite lucky in that respect.
But again, you know, the country of my birth, you know, it's just hard at this stage that someone who has given, you know, I'm not saying that I gave a whole lot.
I didn't break a bank.
I didn't do anything wrong that put so much into the country that, you know, there's nothing there for me that I can't affordably rent.
You know, I don't need to buy a place.
I just got affordably rent.
but it's just not possible.
So at the end of the day, it was a no-brainer, but sitting at the airport was just heartbreaking.
And even on the plane, I know there's a little bit of excitement when you land here and you're trying to get used to the place.
