And everyone's like, you barely in show business.

Like you've been doing this for 10 minutes.

You don't know where your money's coming from.

You don't know where, if you're gonna get another season, you don't know anything.

And I was like, I don't care, I'm doing it.

And I just bought this house up there.

It was $350,000 for a house under the Hollywood sign back then.

Wow, that's cheap.

I know, and it needed a lot of help.

It needed a lot of rehab.

But I was a carpenter, so I was like, oh, I can do this.

So you spent a lot of time fixing it up?
