So it's a tough one for Ulster but...

I think they're on nothing to lose territory.

Even if they don't win this, it'll be a really good season for them, no matter what comes out of it.

So there's no real pressure on them, which is good because that takes pressure off them in a sense that they can go out and play and see what happens.

And they could well do it.

They're playing a really good brand of rugby.

I don't see how they can say that they won't win it.

They could very easily win it, but they'd have to put in a really good performance, which they've been doing for the moment.

So no reason to be pessimistic about it, in my view.

I would caution the Six Nations one, Joe, because we talked about this, is that I think the success of the Six Nations was based on Tonkin England in Twickenham, which is not an easy thing to do, but England were a bit of a free fall and then finished the season with a really, really strong performance against Scotland.

I mean, the other three games, I mean, we could have lost Italy with that forward pass and the non-forward pass.

We struggled against Wales and we got a hiding in Paris.

So I think there's a little bit of euphoria at the end.

And as I said, I was as happy as anybody to see them celebrating a triple crown because we often poo-poo triple crowns.

But it was a good finish this season for Ireland.
