Or at least it won't feel like it.
Again, which is odd because we know over time it will very much matter.
That escalator is so symbolic.
It always represents emotion.
The feeling.
It's easier.
It's simpler.
The brain just wants it.
Oh, and don't forget, this can't be overlooked.
The escalator is what the entire crowd is doing.
In fact, when you take the stairs, one might even wonder, am I doing too much?
Am I being a little extra?
You know, that whole biological need to blend in and be accepted.
Yeah, that's not a small thing, guys.
It kicks and screams when you ignore it.
There are things in your life that require a consistent, day-in and day-out committed climb.
The brilliant Jim Rohn said something like, and I'm paraphrasing, being wealthy, healthy, and successful is easy.
So why isn't everyone successful, the crowd asks.
Because, says Jim, being broke, unhealthy, and unsuccessful is easy too.
It's the little decisions we make every day.
