We're very, you know, as a community, we want to work with other people who like share our morals and like what we care about.

So definitely aligned.

I'm looking forward to what we'll announce to people on that in terms of

CoForm, we run monthly in New York, Berlin, London, Amsterdam.

Some staff will definitely be collaborating with you on in the future.

So there's an invite-only meetup so you can apply through our website and we'll add you to the waiting list for each city.

And then mainly for existing community members, we do one monthly for leaders across our cities.

And the other things to look out for from a co-form side is we have this idea of methods.

And this is how do we open source what's working across teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

The first thing we did was this compensation report of 200 teams within the community.

There will be more coming there.

We open source.

And then, hey, if any of the problems that you have are the same as members of our community around, you know, bad fit deals, all our knowledge is siloed.

We can't prove our impact as a leader online.
