Yeah, most people in the village have had no water for three days.
It comes back in dribbles, but there's never enough water pressure to use the showers, washing machines, dishwashers, anything like that.
People have been buying bottled water, people who can afford that.

Ishgaran have known about this for a long time.
In 2021, they told us that they'd be starting work on upgrading the water tower, but nothing's happened.
So every day they pay for a private company to come out with a water tanker to top up the tank.
They said they have planning permission and there's a new housing development being built directly across from the water tower with 17 new houses.
And in the planning permission to those developers, they said there was no upgrade needed to the infrastructure when they say themselves on the website that there is.
Yeah, for as long as I can remember, but it's definitely getting worse as the village grows.
It's happened a good bit.
It happened during the pandemic as well.
So obviously that impacted like hand washing and stuff like that.
That was four days in 2021 it was gone for.
But this, with the heatwave, it's starting to be a bit dangerous.
We also live very close to the bog, which goes on fire a lot.
And if there is a fire in Bolivar, there's
No water in the mains, which means that the fire brigade can't put it out.
That happened last year and they had to wait for a tanker to come.
So they had water to put it out.
