No, they will likely send out a tankard later on today.

They send one of those kind of steel tankards out that are for animal feeds of water, comes in that, but that would barely fill the bottom of the water shower and by the time it fills everyone's empty tanks in their homes, they'll be gone.

And so then the water pressure from that will be far too low for it to be any use.

And then the school again tomorrow, if their supply doesn't refill, then they won't be able to open.

I've seen their planning permission for the development of 17 houses and Ishka Aaron in their response to the application said that there was no need for infrastructure to be upgraded, which makes no sense.

because the 17 houses are directly across from the tower.

So that's going to divert water to the rest of the village, even more so.

It's just like we're a commuter town, more or less.

We're less than an hour from Dublin and yet still we're forgotten.

Some local councillors have emailed Ishka Aaron and they're still waiting for a response but Ishka Aaron in their response to me said that they were working with me, County Council, so I'm not sure how it works.

They said that they've submitted planning permission but they've been saying that since 2021 and then in 2024 they said that the work would be completed by 2027 but we're halfway through 2026 and no works have commenced.

No, it happened across Christmas and everything.

Especially for people who hadn't, like, you know, weren't able to cook their potatoes or whatever on the hob for boiling things.
