So our window display goes from pink to green within 48 hours.

So my magic hands are very busy.

Oh, I make little pints of Guinness and I write cheers and things like that.

there's a lovely atmosphere here isn't there yeah there's a lot of it's a real community place a lot of locals that would know us by name and we'll be blessed with our staff now that we've had staff for a good while where customers have got to know our names and we have their stuff ready and they're not even in the door you know what everybody's going to order you know what their favourite item is so you know them by there's croissant coming in oh gosh yeah a plain scone a cappuccino takeaway cup no chocolate

and i mightn't even know their name look at her making faces at me that's my manager

They're quite high in fat.

People don't realise it.

People think they're being healthy on using inverted commas for the little red mic.

It is an alternative for people who can't have dairy or lactose intolerant and things like that.

And there is a variety.

They're available everywhere now and supermarkets have copped on and doing their own brand at a cheaper price.

But...

It is a little bit more expensive now.

Yeah, yeah.
