so i went to get reiki actually like two weeks ago because my anxiety has been through the roof weirdly a physical anxiety right as in i am not actually anxious about anything like i'm not worried i couldn't go oh i really need to like get my thoughts together it's a physical like i physically feel like i'm worried about something but in my head i'm like i'm not i'm fine it's very very weird oh my god so anyway went to get reiki are you shaky

yeah it's like the adrenaline like fight or flight it feels like you're getting fizziness in your veins yeah I know exactly what you're talking about but apparently that can be the iron thing as well right okay so we're hoping that that's just going to disappear over the next few weeks so I went to get Reiki went to Lucy who is also a little bit psychic not a little bit she is psychic right I think I might have spoke about her in the pod before she's white feather holistics

I've been to her for Reiki like maybe like three or four times or something like that also like lymphatic drainage and stuff but I love going there because you get such an in-depth reading after not a psychic reading she doesn't like advertise being a psychic whatever right but she's pure in tune with that whole thing

and she does your tarot cards after, and then she's just so interesting to listen to.

So basically, I went and I got my Reiki.

It was amazing.
