for these allegations and they were proven they probably would have well been long been dealt with by now but I suppose he didn't appear according to the allegations anyway and yeah we don't know what will happen now I suppose the lawyers has before this emerged the lawyers saying their concern was that he could be deported any day now they just don't know and he made the point that he has a steady job he and his wife have family there they have a company that they run and they have a community around them and

Basically, as you said, it's not a case of him living underground.

And, you know, he was trying to say that, like, you know, the US government has given exemptions and forgiven kind of immigration violations when it's people that are trying to actually, you know, live a good life.

So that's their story, obviously, but it remains to be seen.

And we do see that a lot about outstanding bench warrants.

And obviously, you know, it is, as you said, on the minor side of things.

So it's not going to be warrants, you know, Gardaí trying to get international police forces involved and extradite somebody or anything like that.

But it still is going to be there.

And that's what I mean, like based on how these drug offences are dealt with in the courts here, like that level of offence, if he had been found guilty of it, like probably would have been dealt with by way of, you know, the district court, which is obviously the lesser.

Yeah, but I suppose like even, you know, this has been going around on social media.

Now, obviously, it's been printed by a publication, including herself.

But I suppose, you know, I seem to have that, like, you know, the Department of Homeland Security has responded to this case and has said, you know, that he still did violate the terms of the visa program.

So they seem to be sticking to their guns even aside from this.

So I don't know how much this is going to have an impact.
