Well, that was my thought.
I was thinking, oh God, are they going to have they read things and thought we need to put a plea here?
And that's maybe why they won't look for a trial date.
But as you said, it's probably more likely that they're looking for legal kind of maybe ways around that.
You know, that's what they do with the evidence, isn't it?
They look for issues there and for procedures not being followed where they can kind of try and get it thrown out.
So we don't know exactly what he means, but that's what he said.
And he basically said they need another five weeks and that they'll continue to update the courts on their work.
Okay.
Sean McGovern was spoken very briefly to by the judge because he appeared, he got leave to appear from his, from prison in Port East.
And he basically said, he was asked to indicate that he understood and could hear.
And he said, I can hear you.
Yeah, real Dublin answer.
And yeah, things have been, the court case has been adjourned until February 23rd.

You know this isn't somebody who is obviously you know in a rational state of mind and of course like we don't understand what goes through someone's mind in that circumstance and nobody can say that they understand why a 12 year old was killed in such horrific circumstances but I guess maybe as a society we need to try and take more of a holistic look at it as opposed to just demonizing someone who's now dead because are the mental health services what they should be in this country there's loads of questions around that.
It started to filter out on Thursday morning that the body of a man had been found at the back of a property in Ballyfermit and just down the road in Clondalkin.
Later on, a few hours later, there was a body of a child found.
So we kind of started to hear the sad news that this was looking like a murder-suicide, but...
