Yeah, we met on a project that never came to fruition that Daniel was writing. It was a road comedy that I attached myself to as an actor, and we were trying to get this movie made. And we're having kind of regular meetings over the development of the project over the course of, I think, almost a year. Right, Daniel? Something like that.

And one that kept coming up was a shared love of, mutual love of genre and horror, particularly the kinds of genre and horror at the time that were not being made or facilitated, at least in the U.S. That's since changed.
