Wait, when we were in France, there was a salad that was like somewhat common.
And I got it a few times.
And like different places had different versions of it.
But it's like basically goat cheese like croquettes like fried.
And then the mesclun salad and like a vinaigrette and maybe some walnuts or something like that.

And I feel like the cheese over there is different.
And I'm not a huge goat cheese fan.
I'm not like seeking it out.
But if it's on something, I can deal with it.
