This actually doesn't feel... It doesn't feel like vice.
Okay, here's the London Standard or whatever.
Okay, this is a little bit better.
On Saturday, bomb disposal experts were called to the unit in Toulouse after medics discovered this.
So this 24-year-old had come into the hospital in agony over the weekend.
It's unclear how he sourced this or the circumstances around its insertion, but he didn't tell medical staff what the item was at the time he was admitted.
Can you imagine doing surgery and realizing...
This thing is, did the medics discover?
It was actually an unexploded ordnance dating back to 1918.
Although these munitions are almost 100 years old, I'd say more than 100, the remnants of the explosives used on the Western Front in World War I can still have deadly effects to this day.
So the risk of it exposing also caused even more chaos at the hospital.
And so bomb disposal experts had to be called to defuse the shell.
How embarrassing if it had exploded inside of him.
And they had to tell this β I mean, I guess it's embarrassing as it is.
I mean, like, if he was at home, you know.
