I tried breastfeeding.
I didn't last, I mean, I lasted about just three months with a bit of mixed feeding, but my breasts were ridiculous.
And the only thing that suited them was the ice packs.
They're unbelievable.
And I would just, and like your breasts get so freaking hot.
Waking up in the night, like covered in sweat.
There's just so many things when I think about it now, like how not beautiful postpartum is.
It's just crazy what we actually go through.
But the ice packs and as well on my incision, I wore the Bare Mum compression underwear.
every day for about two months.
