This is amazing, seeing all the mamas here and the babes.
And the babes, the mums and the babes.
So starting solids is genuinely the scariest thing I think I've experienced.
Yeah.
Where do we even start?
So let's just start with how do we actually know that our baby is ready to start solids?
I'm like, now that you've said that, I'm like, Pia actually was doing that all the time with purees.
Like at the start, she was still like, now she's inhaling, but at the start she was just, yeah, poking.
Don't you want to eat it?
And there is, like I said before, there's so much conflicting stuff online.
Like I remember when I shared PR and she was four and a half months old, there were so many people saying like, you'll ruin her esophagus and like, whoa.
Oh yeah.
I was like, and then it actually scared me because I was like, oh, okay, maybe I really should like do more research about
But then I have obviously all my friends who have babies and they were all like, dude, it's fine.
Like if she's showing the signs and she's sitting up and she's reaching for your food, like that's, you've just got to listen to your intuition.
So there's no like damage that you can cause?
But it's simply that they're just not ready.
