Or you just, you know, reduce the meat in the bolognese by 20% and swap that with, you know, just even a few tablespoons of lentils.
Imagine no one will even notice in something like a shepherd's pie.

Like if you include lots of processed meats in your diet or lots and lots of animal protein, you don't need to reduce everything.
