Okay.

This one, I noticed how like emotionally inbred Midwest people are once I live there.

And so I started – they're all kind of like lunch table bullies.

So I was like, oh, it'd be cool to write like a gang novel, like old school gangs, like the Black Diamond Rangers or some shit like that.

You know, those old school Chicago style gangs.

Okay.

But I was going to use it as like an allegory for just how lame Midwesterners are.

And then I gave up on it.

So I just, so what I did was, so, so what I did was.

I wrote like 12,000 words and I was like, fuck this.

This is dumb.

Like, I don't care.

It's stupid.

And so what I did was the charge that I got where I went to the court for the beer and everything.

Right.

I made it sound like I got community service and I go to an old folks home and this is the old guy that I'm sitting playing checkers with his community service.

This is the story that he tells me.

And the reason it's not done is because he just dies.

And then I leave.
