It is a more peaceful phase.
Perimenopause, it's a war.
Like your body's at war with you, your brain's at war with you, you're at war with your family and your friends and your workplace.
It is so volatile.
But it doesn't have to be.
But a lot of us don't really know that it's that.
And also, yeah, the rage was a big thing.
It was to my core.
It was everything was pissing me off.
And I think I wrote a book, Blood, Sweat and Glitter.

That has been, for me, that was really writing that really galvanised everything for me and enabled me to see it, you know, for all the different things I'd gone through and what was perimenopause and what was ADHD.
And once they come together, it's a perfect storm because they mirror each other, right?
They mirror each other.
