Just to give you an example, what the first week or so I became the city manager, I was informed that the city operates three child care centers.
I had no clue.
Did you know that?
The city operates three.
They're city employees.
I went to visit all three of them.
And I'm like, wow, these people are doing wonderful work.
Now, mind you.
Seems like a great idea.
