I purchased Zillow back when it was in the iBuying pandemic-driven craze.
It's a legacy position that never quite panned out.
In fact, I think in the portfolios where we had recommended Zillow, we had since recommended a sale.
Obviously, I never got around to selling it in my own portfolio.
I probably should have.
